On January 16, 2025, Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Embassy of China in Slovenia, Mr. Zhao Binghui, visited Luka Koper (Port of Koper).

The Management Board of Luka Koper gave a brief introduction of the port, expressed the expectation for strengthening cooperation with China in maritime transportation and logistics. Mr. Zhao encouraged the port to further explore potentials to promote friendly exchanges and practical cooperation between the two countries. He emphasized the Embassy would be willing to provide assistance in this regard.
